The developments and recommendations which are offered to your attention have been approbated in the EU states (Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, the United Kingdom, Greece, Luxemburg, Bulgaria, and Turkey – EU candidate). The recommendations provide guidelines on how to increase labour resources attracting talented and capable employees from relatively large inactive social group – people with disabilities.
The above mentioned labour resource potential is insufficiently integrated in the labour market and the level of employment in this social group is low. However, as the research and evaluation of good practice shows, the employees from this social group – people with disabilities – perform their working duties qualitatively and are loyal to the firms they work for.
